For the neck opening, leave the center number of stitches (usually about 20) unstitched, creating a space for the head to fit through.
Continue making the right and left sides of the front separately, decreasing at the neckline on each side, until the piece is the desired length.
Finish the piece and tie up any loose ends.
Sleeves:
Make a chain (ch) with 30 stitches. Join with a single crochet (sc) to form a ring.
Make 3 chains (ch) to go up (this counts as a double crochet), then work 1 double crochet (dc) in each chain (ch) stitch around. Join with a single crochet (sc) in the third initial chain.
Continue making double crochets (dc) in the rows until the sleeve is the desired length.
Finish the piece and tie up the loose ends.
Assembly:
Sew the sleeves to the body part of the blouse.
Sew the sides of the blouse.
